Since 2013, Zach, Carter, Dylan, and Tanner have been collaborating as a close-knit team, evolving from high school friends to seasoned professionals in the film industry. Their shared journey has fostered a unique synergy, fueling their passion for storytelling and sustainable filmmaking.
Zachary Bayne Dyck
Director - DOP - Editor
Zach's filmmaking journey began at age 10 with stop-motion Lego films crafted in his bedroom. He honed his skills at the University of North Texas, graduating with a 4.0 GPA in the RTVF program while producing over a dozen short films.
Today, Zach continues to write, direct, and edit projects like Flicker, balancing his creative pursuits with freelance camera and grip work in the industry.
Dylan Nguyen
Producer - Cam Op -Stills Photographer
Dylan brings a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling to his role as Producer and Camera Operator. With a background in still photography, he excels at capturing compelling visuals that enhance narrative depth.
Dylan's collaborative approach ensures each project resonates with authenticity and purpose.
Carter Van Meter
Writer - Grip - AD
Based in Fort Worth, Carter is a multifaceted filmmaker with a rich background in service, sales, podcasting, and creative writing. His experience as an interviewer and voice actor, coupled with his commitment to community service, informs his empathetic approach on set.
Carter thrives in collaborative environments, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that brings out the best in every team member. His versatile skill set includes roles as a camera operator, grip, and writer across various projects.
Tanner T-Rex Matthews
Assistant Camera - Grip - Cam Op
Tanner, affectionately known as "T-Rex," developed a passion for film and photography growing up in South Dallas. He pursued this interest through school, capturing events like football games, drill competitions, skateboarding sessions, and live band performances. At university, Tanner met Dylan, Carter, and Zach, solidifying a collaborative partnership. Under the mentorship of DoP Mark Ragunton, he honed his skills in lighting and cinematography.
Tanner's expertise has contributed to award-winning short films, music videos for local DFW artists, and grip work on various feature films.
